We pulled the numbers from the Lounge Frog directory: hours, showers, seats and our ratings. Three of them tie at the top. Two trail, for very different reasons.\n\nAll five share one rule. You need a same-day Delta One ticket, an eligible partner premium ticket, or Delta 360 status flying Delta First. Sky Club memberships and credit cards do not get you in. And for travel on or after Jan. 19, 2027, Delta says Basic Business tickets lose access too.\n\n## The scorecard","textStyle":"body","layout":"text"},{"role":"htmltable","html":"<table><tr><th>Lounge</th><th>Hours (local)</th><th>Showers</th><th>Our rating</th></tr><tr><td>New York-JFK, Terminal 4</td><td>4:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.</td><td>8</td><td>4.7</td></tr><tr><td>Los Angeles, Terminal 3</td><td>4:15 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.</td><td>6</td><td>4.7</td></tr><tr><td>Seattle, Concourse A</td><td>8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.</td><td>2</td><td>4.7</td></tr><tr><td>Los Angeles, Terminal 2</td><td>7 a.m. to 11 p.m.</td><td>3</td><td>4.4</td></tr><tr><td>Boston, Terminal E</td><td>Noon to 10:45 p.m.</td><td>In the Sky Club</td><td>4.4</td></tr></table>","layout":"text"},{"role":"body","format":"markdown","text":"Our rating is the average of the scores we hold for each lounge, on a scale of 1 to 5. Some lounges have more scores than others. Hours change, so check Delta's lounge page before you go.\n\n## JFK: the biggest, and the one built for long waits\n\nJFK is the flagship by size in our data. We list about 200 seats and eight showers, the most of any Delta One Lounge. It sits airside on the upper level of Terminal 4, between Concourses A and B.\n\nIt also scores a 5 in our data for food, drinks, quiet, seating, service, showers and views. Its weaker spots are coffee, Wi-Fi, restrooms and workspace, at 4 each. If you have a long wait before an evening flight to Europe, this is the one to arrive early for.\n\n## LAX Terminal 3: the longest day\n\nThe original LAX lounge has the widest hours of the five. It opens at 4:15 a.m. and closes at 11:30 p.m. That covers late flights to Asia and Australia. We list about 150 seats and six showers.\n\nIt earns a 5 for food, drinks, coffee, quiet, views and workspace. Seating and power score a 4.\n\n## Seattle: the terrace\n\nSeattle ties JFK and LAX at 4.7, and it has the most rated scores of any of the five. Its big draw is a 270-degree outdoor terrace that wraps the lounge. It sits near gate A11, above the Sky Club.\n\nThe catch is the clock. It is open 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., the shortest window of the three top lounges. It also has just two showers. If your flight leaves early in the morning, check the hours first.\n\n## LAX Terminal 2: small on purpose, for now\n\nLAX is the only airport with two Delta One Lounges. The Terminal 2 lounge is Phase 1 of a larger project. Delta calls it an intimate 4,000-square-foot space with 75 seats, on the mezzanine level.\n\nIt scores a 5 for food, drinks and exclusivity in our data. But it is a stopgap. Delta says the existing Terminal 2 lounge will close for renovation in the second half of 2027. The finished lounge is due in 2028. By then Delta plans four lounge spaces at LAX, with more than 1,000 seats in all.\n\n## Boston: good food, odd hours\n\nBoston opens at noon and closes at 10:45 p.m. That fits its evening flights to Europe, but not much else. You enter through the Sky Club near gate E13. There are no showers in the lounge itself, so you use the ones in the Sky Club next door.\n\nBoston also has a partner twist. Delta says that because of space limits, Air France and KLM business class flyers there use the Air France lounge or the Sky Clubs instead.\n\n## Which one to plan around\n\nIf you have a choice of hub, JFK and LAX Terminal 3 give you the most hours and the most showers. Seattle wins on views and fresh air. LAX Terminal 2 is a nice extra, not a reason to pick a flight. Boston is worth it before an evening departure.\n\nYou can see each lounge's full profile here: [JFK](https://www.loungefrog.com/lounges/jfk-delta-one-lounge), [LAX Terminal 3](https://www.loungefrog.com/lounges/lax-delta-one-lounge), [LAX Terminal 2](https://www.loungefrog.com/lounges/lax-delta-one-lounge-t2), [Seattle](https://www.loungefrog.com/lounges/sea-delta-one-lounge) and [Boston](https://www.loungefrog.com/lounges/bos-delta-one-lounge).\n\nSources: Lounge Frog directory data, [Delta One Lounge rules](https://www.delta.com/us/en/delta-sky-club/delta-one-lounge) and the [Delta News Hub on LAX](https://news.delta.com/delta-deepens-investment-lax-phase-1-second-delta-one-lounge-now-open).","textStyle":"body","layout":"text"}]}
