The short version

What this is

Lounge Frog is a free tool for travelers, built to make it easy to find airport lounges, see what access options get you in, and compare what a layover is actually like before you get there. There's no cost to use it and no account required to browse.

Why we built it

Lounge access is scattered across airline programs, credit card perks, and paid memberships, and it's rarely clear which one actually gets you into a given lounge.

Lounge Frog pulls that information into one place so you can plan a layover instead of guessing at it.

Everything behind the door

What it covers

Sign in and save the cards and statuses you hold, and the lounges they get you into are highlighted as you browse. Set up your wallet

How the ratings work

  1. 01

    Scored on fixed metrics

Lounges, airports, terminals and airlines are scored 1–5 on a fixed set of metrics by the Lounge Frog team.

  2. 02

    Averaged, never weighted

The overall rating is the average of the metrics that have been scored.

  3. 03

    Readers kept separate

Reader reviews are shown separately and never change those scores.

Access lists are a guide, not a guarantee. How we rate lounges explains every metric, the exclusivity score, closures and corrections, and our editorial standards cover independence, how we make money, and how to quote and cite our pages, including from an AI assistant.

One account, four sites

Our sister sites

Cruises Frog does for cruises what Lounge Frog does for airports: every cruise line and the ships they sail, rated the same way, with each ship's home port and the airport you fly into. Both sites share one account and one wallet, and every Cruises Frog ship page links back to the lounges at its home port's airport here. Airport pages here list the ships that sail from nearby, too.

Follow along

We post lounge reviews, new features, and travel notes on social media.
