What this is
Lounge Frog, Cruises Frog, Points Frog and Seats Frog, including their websites, the Lounge Frog iPhone app and the SEO/GEO Frog Chrome extension, are owned and operated by Travel Frog AI LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Company is responsible for the collection, use and handling of personal information described in this policy.
Lounge Frog, Cruises Frog, Points Frog and Seats Frog are travel services run by the same operator. Lounge Frog helps you find airport lounges and compare flights; Cruises Frog helps you explore cruise lines, ships, and cruise news. Points Frog helps you explore loyalty programs, points values and transfer bonus news. Seats Frog helps you compare airline seat maps and seat ratings. This privacy policy covers Lounge Frog at loungefrog.com, Cruises Frog at cruisesfrog.com (also available at cruise-frog-web.onrender.com), Points Frog at pointsfrog.com, and the Lounge Frog iPhone app, and Seats Frog at seatsfrog.com. It also covers the SEO/GEO Frog Chrome extension, the Frog Network connector for AI assistants, Points Frog's calculator connector and the usage counts of the Lounge Frog Chrome extension as described below. The same policy applies on all four websites. The services share one account system, database, and operator. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
SEO/GEO Frog Chrome extension
SEO/GEO Frog audits the active webpage locally after you click its toolbar icon. It reads the page URL, title, metadata, headings, links, image attributes, JSON-LD, browser performance timings, resource URLs, and new JavaScript or resource errors to produce diagnostics and repair prompts. With the panel open, it repeats the audit when the active page navigates within the authorized site. A new site requires another toolbar click. It does not crawl background tabs or read form inputs, passwords, cookies, or your browser history database.
Reports live in panel memory; runtime observations live in the inspected page until navigation or a restarted monitoring session. Stop monitoring removes listeners and observers. Close the panel to discard its report; reload or close the inspected page to clear its runtime observations. The extension has no account, analytics, ads, developer server, or persistent audit storage. The travel-service account and advertising features elsewhere in this policy do not apply to this extension.
Social preview images load only when you click Load image. Your browser then requests the image URL specified by the page, so that image host receives the request and standard connection information, including your IP address. The extension suppresses the referrer on that request. No audit report is sent to us or automatically to an AI service. Copying or exporting a report or prompt is your choice; it may contain page content, URLs and diagnostic details. Sharing it with a coding tool subjects it to that tool's own policies. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising, creditworthiness, or purposes unrelated to the audit.
Frog Network connector for AI assistants
Our connector at public.loungefrog.com/mcp lets AI assistants look up public travel data and manage your own profile, wallet and preferences. Google sign-in connects or creates your Frog account using your verified identity, name and profile image. Personal tools use your account session; they cannot manage other users or edit the public catalog. Stored loyalty numbers are masked in tool responses.
For each sign-in and each tool call, we record your Frog account (or, for a connection made before sign-in created accounts, the email used to connect), the name and version of the assistant app that made the call, the name of the tool used, whether it worked, how long it took, and when. We use these records to see how the connector is used, keep it fair and stop misuse, including blocking an account from the connector. Usage logs do not record tool arguments or results. The connector receives the fields needed for each requested lookup or account update and stores account changes in your Frog account. It does not receive your full conversation. Your assistant's provider handles your conversation under its own privacy policy, and its servers send us the lookups.
We keep individual records for 30 days and daily totals for 400 days, then delete them, and we don't share them with anyone. Deleting your account deletes the records tied to it; email us to have records tied only to an email deleted sooner. To stop using the connector, remove it from your assistant.
Points Frog's calculator connector and the Lounge Frog Chrome extension
Points Frog's calculator server for AI assistants, at pointsfrog.com/mcp, needs no sign-in. For each tool call we record the tool's name, whether it worked, how long it took, when, the name and version of the assistant app, and an anonymous ID that changes every day. That ID is a one-way hash of the caller's IP address and user agent with a random value our server keeps only in memory and replaces daily, so it can't be traced back to anyone or linked from one day to the next; the IP address itself is not stored.
The Lounge Frog Chrome extension tells our API which version of it is calling. We count its requests the same way: the kind of request (the daily code refresh, or a profile, lounge, airline, ship or points lookup, not the airport, airline or ship chosen), the extension version, whether it worked, how long it took and when, against your account when the request carries your sign-in and otherwise under the same kind of daily anonymous ID. Neither ever records page content, what you asked or typed, or the pages you visit. We keep individual records for 30 days and daily totals for 400 days, use them only to see how these tools are used and keep them working, and don't share them. The extension's own policy is at loungefrog.com/extension/privacy.
One account for all four services
Sign in with the same Google account or Apple Account on any of the four sites to use your shared profile and wallet. Your Cruises Frog passport belongs to that account too. Changing your account or deleting it affects all four services. Each website keeps its own browser session, so you may need to sign in on each site separately.
Google, Apple and X may show the name Lounge Frog or Lounge Frog Web during sign-in; Seats Frog may show Seats Frog Web. X sign-in is available on Lounge Frog, Cruises Frog and Points Frog. These are our shared sign-in services. Apple's Hide My Email can create a separate account from a Google sign-in that uses your real email; use the same provider account on all four sites to keep your data together.
Website advertising
Lounge Frog, Cruises Frog and Points Frog use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies, IP addresses and browser information to deliver, measure and personalize ads based on visits to our sites and other websites. Where required, Google provides a consent message before using advertising cookies. You can manage personalized advertising in Google My Ad Center and learn more in Google’s advertising privacy information. Our shared wallet and membership numbers are not sent to AdSense. This website advertising setup does not apply to the iPhone app.
What we collect
You can browse lounges, airports, airlines, cruise lines, ships, loyalty programs, points calculators, and news on any of the three websites, or in the Lounge Frog iPhone app, without an account. Our servers and hosting providers process requests, including IP addresses, device/browser information, and access logs, even without an account. We also collect the following when you use these features:
- Account info. If you sign in with Apple, we receive an identifier for your Apple account, your email address, and — the first time only, if you choose to share it — your name. When Apple token revocation is configured, we exchange your authorization code with Apple and encrypt the refresh token on our servers so we can revoke that authorization when you delete your account. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only ever see the private relay address Apple gives us. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. If you sign in with X, we receive your X account ID, username, display name, profile picture and, if X has one on file, your confirmed email address; we do not keep any access to your X account and never post on your behalf. We use this to run your account and never to market to you.
- Travel preferences. Your home airport, and the credit cards, lounge programs, and airline loyalty tiers you tell us you hold. Membership numbers you enter are encrypted at rest.
- Things you post. Reviews, ratings, comments, lounge check-ins, travel visits, and votes on Lounge Frog and Cruises Frog. We also store the ships in your Cruises Frog cruise passport, with the year you sailed if you give it. The passport and wallet are private to your account. We also store account-based blocks to enforce your choices across devices. The name and text of a review, comment, or check-in are shown publicly after moderation approval, along with your public profile name. The website may also show your profile picture; the iPhone app uses initials instead of profile pictures. Check-ins made while signed in are linked to your account.
- Reports. If you report incorrect information or someone else's post, we keep what you wrote so we can review it, linked to your account if you were signed in.
- Referrals and games. If you share a referral link on the website, we count clicks and sign-ups through it. If you play a game while signed in, on the website or in the app, we keep your scores for the leaderboard.
The iPhone app offers an optional Near me filter. When you tap it, iOS asks permission to use your location while you use the app. The app uses that location only on your iPhone to sort lounge distances; it does not send your location coordinates to our servers or store them in your account. You can decline or turn off this permission in iOS Settings and continue browsing normally.
We do not request contacts, your photo library, health data, or payment card details. Your home airport and check-ins reveal travel information you choose to provide. Google sign-in supplies a profile photo URL.
The iPhone app also offers a clearly labeled demo account. Its sample memberships, visits, reviews, reports, blocks, game scores and cruise passport changes remain in memory on your iPhone and are not sent to our servers or published. Exiting the demo, deleting its sample account, or closing the app resets this sample data. Public catalog requests in demo mode still reach our services as described above.
What's stored on your device
- In the iPhone app, your sign-in session is kept in the iOS Keychain, and the account block list is stored on our servers and applied when you are signed in. Older versions may also keep a separate device-only block list.
- On each website, your sign-in session and a few display choices (like your theme) are kept in your browser's local storage. Your browser keeps a separate sign-in session for each website; use the same Google account or Apple Account on all four to access the same account data. If you arrive on Lounge Frog through someone's referral link, a first-party cookie remembers that for up to 30 days so they get credit if you sign up.
Analytics
When configured, the Lounge Frog, Cruises Frog, Points Frog and Seats Frog websites use Google Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and receives standard browser information, such as your IP address and device type; see how Google uses this data. When you are signed in, we also send Google Analytics your account's internal ID (never your name or email), so it can count you as one visitor across the four websites and your devices.
The four websites also use PostHog, a product analytics service, to count page views and see how pages are used, such as which links and buttons are clicked, where on a page people click, and how quickly pages load. PostHog keeps a random visitor ID in its own cookie and in your browser's local storage, and receives standard browser information, such as your IP address, device type and the page you came from. We don't send PostHog your name, email or account ID, and we don't use it to record your screen; see PostHog's privacy policy.
The Lounge Frog iPhone app does not include Google Analytics, PostHog or advertising SDKs. It includes the Google Sign-In SDK for authentication. Google says this SDK may collect a user identifier to record consented OAuth grants and an IP address to estimate general location for fraud prevention. The bundled SDK privacy manifest also declares name, email address, phone number, coarse location, user and device identifiers, other usage data, and other data types, with app functionality and analytics purposes depending on the category. These vendor declarations describe the SDK; they do not mean Lounge Frog asks you to provide a phone number. See Google's Sign-In data disclosure guide. The app does not use this SDK for cross-app advertising tracking.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We don't run ads or ad-tracking scripts.
- We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we don't share your data with data brokers. The iPhone app contains no cross-app advertising tracking.
Who we share it with
We only share data with the services that make Lounge Frog, Cruise Frog and Points Frog work:
- Apple, Google or X, to sign you in, depending on which you choose.
- Render runs our servers and database. Cloudflare R2 serves hosted catalog images on the travel websites; external image hosts also receive requests when their images are displayed there. The current iPhone app does not load lounge or article photographs or remote profile pictures. Apple and Google process sign-in requests.
- Google Analytics and PostHog, on websites where they are configured, as described above.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We don't share your account data with anyone else.
Deleting your account and your choices
You can update or remove memberships from your wallet at any time: on Lounge Frog, on Cruises Frog, on Points Frog, or in the Lounge Frog iPhone app. Memberships and your home airport are shared between these services. To change your home airport, use your Lounge Frog wallet or the Lounge Frog iPhone app.
To delete your account in the iPhone app, go to Wallet → Delete Account. On any of Lounge Frog, Cruises Frog or Points Frog, use Wallet → Account safety → Delete account. Deleting your shared account applies to Lounge Frog, Cruises Frog, Points Frog and Seats Frog, and the Lounge Frog iPhone app. It permanently removes your profile, memberships, reviews, comments, votes, notifications, and game scores, account-linked check-ins, cruise passport, blocks, and reports. When we hold an Apple refresh token, that authorization is revoked before deletion is confirmed. If revocation fails, deletion returns an error and you can retry; the account remains until deletion succeeds. Historical anonymous check-ins cannot be reliably linked to an account; contact us to identify and remove yours.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected, email us. We retain account data until deletion. Hosting logs and backups may persist under the hosting provider's retention settings; account deletion removes data from the active database. Reports and posts submitted without an account remain until removed during moderation.
Children
Lounge Frog, Cruises Frog, Points Frog and Seats Frog aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
