Lounge Frog guide
Connect your AI assistant
Ask your AI assistant about lounges, and get answers from Lounge Frog with the page each one comes from. Last updated 2026-10-22.
What it does
You can connect Claude, or any AI assistant that takes a remote MCP connector, to Lounge Frog. Your assistant can then look things up in our lounge directory while it answers you. It can tell you which lounges your cards, lounge networks and airline status get you into at an airport, where each lounge is and when it opens, how we rate it, and who is allowed in as a guest.
The same connector covers our sister sites: seat maps from Seats Frog, cruise lines, ships and ports from Cruises Frog, and what points and miles are worth, the best cards for your spending and money calculators from Points Frog. Every answer comes with a link to the page it is from, so you can check it here.
Add it to Claude
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it Lounge Frog and paste this address:
https://lounge-frog-mcp-public.onrender.com/mcp
- Click Add, then sign in with any Google account when Claude asks. You don't need a Lounge Frog account.
- In a chat, turn it on from the + menu under Connectors, and ask away.
A connector you add on claude.ai also works in the Claude desktop and mobile apps. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds it once under Organization settings, and everyone then connects with their own Google account. It is free, and Claude's Free plan has room for one custom connector.
In Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http lounge-frog https://lounge-frog-mcp-public.onrender.com/mcp
Other assistants
Any assistant or app that can add a remote MCP server by its address, over Streamable HTTP with OAuth sign-in, can use the same address. Look for "connectors", "MCP servers" or "tools" in its settings.
Things to ask
- Which lounges can I use at Heathrow with the Amex Platinum card?
- Is there a Priority Pass lounge in Denver's B concourse, and when does it open?
- Where are the best seats on Singapore Airlines' A350 long-haul?
- Which cruise ships sail from Miami, and which cabins should I avoid on Icon of the Seas?
- Is 60,000 Chase points for a $1,100 flight a good redemption?
- Which credit card earns the most on groceries?
- Give me the embed code for the mortgage calculator for my blog.
What it won't do
It only reads. It can't book a lounge, change anything on the site or see your Lounge Frog wallet. Ratings are our editorial scores. Who gets in is our best guide to each lounge's rules, not a promise, so check the lounge's page before you go. Point values are estimates of what a good redemption gets, not cash.
What we keep
The connector asks you to sign in with Google so we can keep it fair and stop misuse. For each sign-in and each lookup it records your email address, which tool was used, whether it worked and when. It never records what you asked your assistant or what it told you, and it never sees your conversation. We keep those records for 180 days and don't share them. To stop, remove the connector from your assistant. Questions: founder@loungefrog.com. The privacy policy has the details.
For site owners and developers
Your assistant can also hand you the code to put a lounge card, a seat map or a Points Frog calculator on your own site, free, with no ads or sign-up. To build on the data yourself, the public data API serves the same records as JSON with no key.
