I have to say Eurostar and previously Thalys are quite good at refunding after a delay, compared to airlines. Got a 45’ delay on the Eurostar Paris bxl the other day, I applied for the voucher and got it immediately while I am still at war with Air France/Air Mauritius!

My top 5 airlines: 1. British Airways 2. RyanAir (they are very good at what they do) 3. American Airlines 4. Air Mauritius 5. Emirates (would not be if they got rid of their a380s)
