    On this day in 2024: I was on my way to the airport to go home to Mass after a two week stay with my LDR partner, however traffic was so bad I was surely gonna miss my flight. As fate would have it, there was a bad Nor'easter, so Southwest offered free flight changes. I stayed an extra two weeks.

    FWIW, my friend that grew up in Suffolk east of the Sagtikos is the perfect example of a ISP user. Somebody who loved Southwest Airlines when they used to fly there, her business and leisure travel was covered by them, she had no qualms about connecting, and she hated JFK.
