One of seven lounges in Terminal 5, and the lowest-rated of them. An airline lounge lounge with a door that keeps the crowds out — though seats are scarce at peak and it gets loud. It seats around 60, pours beer and wine, and has no showers. Hours are 8 AM – 12 AM daily. Only worth it if the alternative is the gate. Star Alliance Gold Lounge Access gets you in.
