Tallinn Airport Lounge is in Main Terminal at Tallinn Lennart Meri Airport (TLL). Airside, Schengen area, 2nd floor of the passenger terminal: after central security and the shopping area, turn left and follow signs up the stairs/lift (near Gate N). It sits before passport control, so non-Schengen passengers must visit it before exiting through border control.
