Whilst I’m on bad airlines: don’t ever use Air China. They will change the times of you flight multiple times without explanation, even to the extent of suddenly having to fly the day after instead.

We went to China recently. Air China, straight across Russia - great. Now we're planning a trip to Sri Lanka and India. Not sure what the best way to get there might be. There's a big mess in between us and them. Central Asia might be the route I guess.

Recently flew Air China to Beijing. Online check-in site simply doesn't work. Back to the old days of queuing at a check in desk and hoping the seat allocation is not too terrible. BA is a terrible airline in my experience.

Films on a plane. (Air China edition.) Journey to the West. This delightful low-fi sci-fi oddity is nothing to do with Monkey, but is instead about a group of misfits travelling to rural China, in search of aliens (though really their quest is for something more human.) I loved it. (1/3)
