I recently took a hardhat tour of the new Terminal 1 by Gensler at JFK. It’s quite the space — bright, airy, BIG — if still very much under construction. Will it be JFK’s next great terminal? TBD but it does have all the elements of good contemporary airport design. #airportarchitecture
