EVA is a great airline that’ll get you from the west coast to taipei, i’m not sure if they fly to australia though. really great value for money, esp for premium economy on long flights (the way to go). i also recommend Turkish Airlines as a general rule, but they dont go down under i bet.

The other one worth checking is Turkish Airlines. They also have decent ex EU fares so my recent trip was Amsterdam to Jakarta, this time with an easyJet hop. Catering on both was excellent, Turkish has an onboard chef! But the Finnair seats just edge into first place.

I would recommend that you don’t fly on an American flights. My trip to my home in Greece,Italy,France are always on either Turkish Airlines or virgin,BA, Lufthansa, Air Canada I also don’t mind getting a connecting flight in Europe. I have found that most Airlines in US are dirty.

Yes. I received my bags 3 weeks after I returned. I would have sued them but it’s Turkish Airlines and they are the absolute worst airline on the planet. I wanted to be 100% done with them.

I’ve flown Turkish Airlines a number of times. Never encountered any issues. All fights were perfect and made as comfortable as possible, good, attentive service and flying economy.

15. This is the same friend I once messaged being like "Turkish Airlines prices are stupidly good right now, do you want to go to Istanbul for a long weekend? *this* weekend???" One of the best trips I've taken -- Istanbul's lovely in November, and I spent more getting to Gatwick than on my flight.

Once upon a time, Turkish Airlines was one of the good ones I flight with them many times but all the airlines became so greedy including Turkish too they started to act the same as budget airlines. what is Star Alliance means if you act as a budget airline!

I am not an elected official (and likely never will be). But I flew Turkish Airlines business class with the lay flat beds to Istanbul last year and my god their lounge at Istanbul airport is the most amazing thing ever. So if they ever want to give me discounted tickets, I'm happy to receive!

My mother outlaw flew on her own for first time to Istanbul to meet the bf who is taking her there on hols. She flew with Turkish Airlines + loved it. We take a lot these experiences for granted our generation, but someone her age from Sicily, it really is unusual. They didn't have the means before.
