I'm still trying to recover. Good news though, our luggage has been found and is on its way back home. The guy bringing them has to make a 5 hour round trip just for our two bags. Curious who has to pay for that. Air Canada is who we've been dealing with but it was Lufthansa that lost them.

The great annoyance that came out of my recent trip was dealing with #Lufthansa customer 'service', and the huge effort they will go to to avoid paying out on a promise made by one of their own customer service people. Their final, smug defence was, "Well, you can't prove what was said, can you?"

Well this has been a spectacularly awful trip so far, and I am still in Munich. Missed my morning connection thanks to a delayed Lufthansa flight and a long security queue. Also forgot my chargers and liquids/gels at Munich security - which was before immigration into the EU. + my stomach is upset.

Let’s be super clear: Lufthansa isn’t some amazingly great experience, and parts of the Temu Lufthansa experience are *better* than full-fat Lufthansa, as we discovered flying Eurowings earlier this year. But it needs to be honest about what passengers are getting.

Been with 90% of international carriers and... yeah no, I'm glad I'm a Lufthansa [expletive]. Dawg its 4Mbps but stable and its on a cross-atlantic plane trip with 500 people that (I bet you) 30 people are on right now and its GOOD. What more could you want?!

WORST experience for seats assigned - outgoing flight only has 1 available seat in premium economy (I need 4). I rang #Lufthansa only to be told we get the seats assigned the day we fly. I need GF meal due to celiac disease which must be ordered in advance. Ditto for hub’s veg meal. STRESSED AF

I wish we had a good alternative to #Lufthansa. Offering tickets that only allow you to carry one personal piece is ridiculous. Then comes the carry-on ticket and then the incredible expensive checked in baggage one. What do you think the purpose of traveling by plane is? It's not a daytrip. ☹️

Italy was magnificent but man getting home! 😬 Lufthansa flight was canceled. Rebooked a new flight, that was delayed and subsequently caused me to miss my connecting flight. Had to stay overnight at the airport in Denver to get on a 6am flight to Chicago this morning. Finally home 🥱

I had this weird fish, egg terrine with crackers that tasted like they were made out of tree bark on a Lufthansa flight. Luckily it was a short country to country flight in Europe and I ate after I arrived but the service was great!!

Today I'm doing a tour of airports. Thanks to BA cancelling the Shanghai to London flight, I've got re-routed to Munich with Lufthansa, which got diverted to Vienna, and now I'm getting sent to Zurich so that I can go to Manchester. Lufthansa are looking after me and their service has been great.

Lufthansa is worse than the worst budget airline. Three days in Cairo, they lost my bags. Not able to reach a human in "customer care" and no updates on my missing bags. Flying back tomorrow and no way to change the address for delivery. Haven't seen this kind of inefficiency at any airline.

We flew a Lufthansa A340 to Germany around this time last year!! A baby was screaming for about three hours while everyone was trying to sleep (talk about a red-eye), but we loved that plane! Hope you have a safe trip back!!

The first time I flew Lufthansa from Poznań, it was on the reviled Dash 8 turboprop. Today, I'm flying an Airbus A319. Amazing how things have improved, especially in the last decade.

The food was good, the fish dish very tasty. But Lufthansa hard product sucks. I am happy to be in business class, I could sleep 3 hours. But this seat is bad.

Got home from a great trip to Prague. Never, EVER will I fly Lufthansa again. They owe me an $118 refund and a 9€ refund for broken seats and non-functioning wifi. Also, if you’re going to feed kitchen scraps - just don’t.

Short haul = long hard road to any privileges. I hate Lufthansa. I really mean that. They run a monopoly and behave like it. Draconian policies, poor service, rude staff (at the gate and check in), minimal cabin service, patchy performance, tough points programme. I call them the communist airline.

Oh, Lufthansa? I had a flight booked with them from London City and they called me at 5:30 AM (EDT) (well in advance but still) to let me know it had been moved to LHR. Lufthansa is great in the air but [expletive] come on

Alright. My flight out of Washington was delayed by an hour, so I missed my connection. The alternative flight from Munich to Frankfurt was delayed by 20 minutes. But not to worry, my flight from Frankfurt to Oslo is now delayed by an hour as well. Today is not a good day to fly Lufthansa.

Last Sunday I was flying with Lufthansa & my outbound flight was delayed by over an hour which meant I would miss my connecting flight. When I landed I had an email saying I’d been organised a seat on the next available flight & another with a €15 meal voucher. Another with info on gate changes 2/n

@lufthansa = the Worst Airline. @Lufthansa_DE STILL hasn't compensated me for when they cancelled my flight the day of, told me to take a train to Frankfurt to catch my connection, then apparently overbooked my 2nd flight and forced me to give up my seat and fly the next day.
