Shocked that Air France is the worst airline I've ever flown on. Changed our seats 3 times, including today's delayed flight, trying to stick me in the middle each time Gong show boarding. Cramped seats, [expletive] food, gutrot wine. And now they decided my suitcase didn't need to come home with me🤬

every terrible travel experience I’ve ever had has been at a French speaking airport. Air France and Air Canada flying into Wuebec both lost my luggage and Air France damaged the bag so much that I had to replace it. I also accidentally carried a pocket knife through CDG once and no one noticed.

First time (maybe only time) I had white asparagus was on an Air France flight to England with my mom when I was a teenager. Actually a great airline meal. Of course, that was in the dark ages, when planes were actually dragons.

Boarded for FLIGHT CDG to YYZ and then drive to BUF. Boarding at CDG was a [expletive] show. Just one wheelchair assistant for the whole flight. I forgot how awful Air France in flight entertainment is (it’s mostly Canal+). And the beer is always just 1664, which I hate more than airline coffee.

Yesterday, we flew from Paris to Ottawa with Air France, and we treated ourselves to business class. The seats were comfortable, and the food was amazing. But what I especially liked was the service. The flight attendant immediately recognized my Ontario French accent! 😮

I once took a Turkish Airlines flight to Paris and was served Turkish Delight as I boarded. Loved that. OTOH, I once flew Air France to Paris, and their website boasted that passengers received wine and cheese. How French! Only, the cheese turned out to be from Oregon.

Last May/June, we flew 10-hour non-stop flights to and from Europe on Air France and KLM. They are great airlines, but we will not be flying any airline over United States air space in the near future for any reason. #TrumpAviation

So far this year, I've taken 7 Air France flights. Not one has had less than a 1 hour delay. That includes 5 European flights of about 90 minutes total duration. Often, the delay has been longer than the flight time. Lufthansa and BA are also terrible. What is wrong with European airlines?

Not sure I'd go so far as "fantastic" but it is certainly better than in the UK! I flew Air France from Paris to Bangkok & was expecting good food on the flight - WRONG! The food was absolute [expletive] (presumably prepared in Paris) but much better on the return flight (presumably prepared in Bangkok)
