Air France has redone its La Première lounge in Terminal 2E at Charles de Gaulle. The goal is more privacy for each guest, to match the private airport service and onboard suites the airline has added since 2024, according to Air France's July 16 announcement.

What's new

The lounge covers more than 1,000 square meters, and the main seating area now uses alcoves and partitions to create private corners. Changes include:

  • Dining room: more tables, with full table service from an Alain Ducasse menu. Air France head sommelier Xavier Thuizat chose the wines. Skytrax named this the best first-class lounge dining in 2025.
  • Sisley spa: bigger, with a second treatment room.
  • Rest area: new private rooms with day beds, duvets and pillows.
  • Work area: a new space with a private booth for calls.
  • Art: the lounge shows a new major artwork every six months. The current piece is by Jean-Michel Othoniel.

The suites

La Première passengers can also book one of three 45-square-meter suites next to the lounge. Two of them can be joined. Each has a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and an outdoor patio, and guests are welcomed with Sturia champagne and caviar. You can order from the lounge's Ducasse menu in the suite.

Who gets in

Only La Première passengers. Business passengers and Flying Blue elites use the Air France lounges in Hall L, Hall K and Hall M.
