Fantastic. After sitting at Jomo Kenyatta airport Nairobi since August 28 @kenyaairways.bsky.social sent my son's bag to Malawi. My son has been in Tanzania the whole time. Bagless. Kenya Airways is beyond useless. I know we're not on X anymore but if anyone is please follow & RT @lostinNBO there
