2.Bronze

Star Alliance Silver

How to earn it

30,000 Premium Points, with 15,000 on ANA.

What it gets you

Priority check-in and waitlist, an extra bag, a mileage bonus.

At the lounge door

No lounge access from status; ANA lounges need Platinum, a premium ticket, or a paid pass.

3.Platinum

Star Alliance Gold

How to earn it

50,000 Premium Points, with 25,000 on ANA.

What it gets you

Lounge access across Star Alliance, priority everything, upgrade points, a higher bonus.

At the lounge door

ANA Lounges with a guest on same-day ANA flights, and Star Alliance Gold lounges, with one guest, whenever you fly a Star Alliance carrier the same day, in any cabin.

4.Diamond

Star Alliance Gold

How to earn it

100,000 Premium Points, with 50,000 on ANA.

What it gets you

Top tier: ANA Suite Lounges, the best upgrade priority, more upgrade points, a dedicated line.

ANA Suite Lounges and ANA Lounges with a guest on same-day ANA flights, and Star Alliance Gold lounges, with one guest, whenever you fly a Star Alliance carrier the same day, in any cabin.

Qualification thresholds are the published ones as last checked and change most years; confirm the current numbers with ANA. Alliance equivalences and the lounge rules that follow from them move far more slowly.
