During the closure most Etihad premium passengers are sent to the Gulf Air Falcon Gold lounge (evening EY68 business/elite passengers to the Plaza Premium lounge). Normal hours were 06:00-22:00.

RoundupEtihad closed its Heathrow lounge with a day's notice. The replacement is due in summer 2027
Etihad's Terminal 4 lounge shut on September 1 for a rebuild in the airline's new "Beyond Borders" design, with first class space and Residence suites promised for summer 2027. Until then most passengers are sent to Gulf Air's lounge.
