Thai nationals booking domestic flights on Thai AirAsia can now use a 500 baht discount code for year-end trips. The airline announced the offer on October 15, 2026, with bookings open through December 15 and travel allowed through January 15, 2027.
The key restriction comes before the price: this promotion is for Thai nationals. It is also a discount per booking. A party booking several people together should not read it as 500 baht off each passenger's ticket.
How the offer works
According to AirAsia's announcement, travelers must enter FLYTODOM during checkout on the airline's website or the AirAsia MOVE app. The booking window runs from October 15 to December 15, 2026. Eligible departures fall between October 15, 2026, and January 15, 2027.
The airline says the offer covers domestic routes and that codes are limited in quantity. A date within the travel window therefore does not promise that a code will remain available. Confirm that the reduction appears in the final total before paying.
The release does not provide a full breakdown of any minimum purchase requirement, exclusions or rules for combining offers. Those details need to be checked in the booking terms. Do not assume this code stacks with another promotion merely because the dates overlap.
Bangkok has two departure airports
AirAsia says its domestic network includes 22 direct routes from Don Mueang, three from Suvarnabhumi and nine cross-regional routes, with up to 134 flights a day. Those are the airline's stated network figures, rather than a guarantee that every route has the same daily schedule.
For a Bangkok booking, airport choice can matter more than a modest fare saving. Read the airport code on both legs and allow for the ground journey. DMK and BKK are separate airports, and a flight into one does not put you in the departure area of the other.
Don Mueang's domestic terminal and international terminal also have different lounge choices. Match any lounge plan to the actual flight and terminal.
Silver Care is a separate service
The same release highlights Silver Care for passengers aged 60 and above. AirAsia describes a dedicated check-in counter, priority baggage claim and adjacent Standard seats, with the seating subject to availability.
These services can help an older traveler and a companion plan the airport visit. The release does not set out a complete eligibility or booking process, however. Ask the airline how to request the service and whether the relevant airport provides it on your departure date.
A fare promotion and a service for older passengers serve different purposes. Check each set of terms rather than assuming the discount includes additional baggage or a particular seat.
Plan the airport spend as well as the fare
Lounge Frog lists the Miracle Lounge in Don Mueang's domestic terminal and Coral Executive Lounge in Terminal 2. At Suvarnabhumi, start with the domestic Miracle Lounge or domestic Coral Executive Lounge.
Those links help identify relevant rooms; the promotion announces no change to lounge entry. Check your card or membership, the lounge's current hours and any guest charge before relying on a visit.
For a short domestic trip, compare the complete cost: flights, bags, seats and transport. The 500 baht saving is useful when it applies to a journey you already need. It is less useful if choosing the qualifying flight adds a long airport transfer or an extra hotel night.
