of the different airline alliances, oneworld seems to be the messiest. i took a flight on cathay pacific and wanted the miles to go to my american airlines account. instead, they went to an entirely unknown qantas account. so i am now on hold with qantas to try and sort this out. this is GreatTM️

This reminded me of the delightful staff on a Cathay Pacific flight from Rome to home on my first trip to Italy (in my heart, I'm Italian). I burst into tears as the plane took off and required many, many tiny hot towels - plus pillows and blankets. The cabin staff were so kind. I love those towels!

one time omw to china i abandoned a very bad book under my business class seat and went to have an 8h nap during my massive layover in narita, and when i got to my gate for the connecting flight there was someone from cathay pacific waiting for me, triumphantly, with the book i had "misplaced"
