I woke up to excellent news. Iberia found my luggage and it will be at IAD tomorrow. Trouble is, I fly out of DCA at 10am to Palm Springs. I have a friend who will pick it up and hold it until I return on the 10th. The tides are turning. Now I can fully enjoy my trip once he has confirmed it.

@iberia @FlyLevel They canceled our family flight MIA-BCN 3 days before the trip, without prior notice. We lost hotel, tickets, and vacation. We requested compensation and they kept passing the buck between Level and Iberia. Months later they denied our claim.Very disappointing!

@iberia-lae.bsky.social has been the absolute worst to fly with. Lost our luggage, not contacting us to give new booking code numbers when they changed them for our return flights causing us to spend hours on the phone, and now their website is mysteriously down a day before our return. #NeverAgain

Arrived for my @iberia-lae.bsky.social flight early. No one at the check-in desk. Missed my flight. They forced me to pay a change fee anyway. Definitely DO NOT recommend this airline, ever. Scammers.

The food was tasty and we landed in Madrid over half an hour early ... Which isn't great, as I have an 8 hour connection thanks to Iberia moving the Alicante flight from 11:50 to 15:50 😩

Avoid Iberia, they were awful to us, and luckily I bought the tickets through BA, so I went to their desk and solved the issue for us. I was travelling with a SEN child too and wanted to forced us into a very late flight, trying to avoid other airlines from their group.
