adding sfo international terminal as yet another airport with more seating than newark terminal c genuinely who ever thought it was a good idea to replace like 70% of the seats in a waiting area with space-wasting tables

The worst terminal though is EWR Terminal C, a United-only terminal at Newark. It's like a bad mall except everyone is stuck there until their flights board.

If you’re ever traveling to Newark airport and need to get to terminal a parking from terminal C, whatever you do don’t let an employee tell you to get on the P6 shuttle. Just take the AirTain (also terrible)

the new Terminal A at Newark is fantastic, and terminal C is mostly decent too, it's just Terminal B that still kinda sucks bsky.app/profile/matt...

Honestly, I think it’s just decades of neglect. The whole of Newark International Airport needs a $10 billion overhaul, including upgrading all equipment and hiring more air traffic controllers. Terminal C - the best one - is serviceable at best. Terminals A and B are ancient.

At least for you, you’re likely flying into or out of Newark and don’t have to change terminals. I do prefer the new Terminal A since everything’s right there. Terminal C has it all spread out over two wings with a crowded TSA area between them.

I had to sleep on the floor in Terminal C of Newark Airport once and I emphatically do not recommend it.

Terminal A at Newark is an absolute gem. Terminal C glimmers with updated spaces to sit, charge devices, and eat. RDU and PIT, these are two others where everything works, you can stretch out, and find good local food.
