Same issuer, same $595 fee, and a genuinely different answer at the lounge door. Citi's AAdvantage Executive World Elite Mastercard unlocks the Admirals Club network with no cap noted. Citi's Strata Elite unlocks Priority Pass in full and the Admirals Club only for a limited number of passes per year.

How the Admirals Club benefit differs

This is the crux. On the AAdvantage Executive, Admirals Club is the main event and you can lean on it every trip. On the Strata Elite, the same lounges are a rationed extra. A frequent American flyer will run through the Strata Elite's passes quickly and then be left with Priority Pass alone.

What the Strata Elite has that the Executive lacks

Priority Pass. The AAdvantage Executive has no Priority Pass at all, so on a non-American airline it opens nothing. The Strata Elite keeps working wherever Priority Pass has a lounge.

Picking between them

American loyalist: take the Executive. Mixed flyer: take the Strata Elite. The fee is the same, so this is purely about which network you will actually use. Check your next three departure airports here, confirm the pass cap and guest rules in Citi's terms, and apply once. Lounge ratings are built per the methodology.
