One of seven lounges in Terminal 5, and the lowest-rated of them. An independent lounge with food and drink worth arriving early for, coffee made by a person rather than a button, and Wi-Fi and power you can rely on. It seats around 120, runs a full bar, and has no showers. It opened in 2015. Fine for a layover, not a reason to plan one. Aspire Lounges, DragonPass, and LoungeKey and 1 more program get you in.
