Lounge hours are the detail nobody checks until they need them. A 2am misconnect in Dallas leaves you with a closed Centurion, a closed Admirals Club and a Minute Suites that charges by the hour. The same misconnect in Doha or Istanbul leaves you in a lounge with thirty showers, hot food and a quiet room, because the Gulf and Turkish hubs were built around overnight banks and their lounges have never closed. The difference between those two nights is not money. It is geography and planning.
This list is for the person who knows, or suspects, that they will be in an airport between midnight and six in the morning, and wants to pick the lounge before the airline picks it for them. Every lounge here is open 24 hours, every day, as of October 2026. I ranked them on what matters at 3am rather than at 3pm: showers, somewhere to lie flat or nearly flat, food that is still being served rather than cling-filmed, and how hard the door is to get through. That last one carries a lot of weight. A perfect lounge you cannot enter is a bench with a view.
1. Turkish Airlines Lounge Business, Istanbul
Turkish Airlines Lounge Business rates 4.9 with us, the highest score on this list, and it has it on merit. Twenty showers. Sleeping cabins you can book at the desk. A cinema, a golf simulator, a children's area, and live cooking stations, pide ovens, a Turkish breakfast spread, that run through the night because Istanbul's long-haul bank departs between 1am and 4am and the lounge is often fullest at 2. It is big enough to swallow an entire delayed widebody without anyone noticing.
The catch is the door. You need a Turkish Airlines or Star Alliance business ticket or Star Alliance Gold status, and there is no paid entry, no day pass, no Priority Pass. If you have one of those, it is the best overnight lounge in the world. If you do not, scroll down to number seven.
2. Al Mourjan Business Lounge (The Garden), Doha
Qatar's newer Al Mourjan Garden rates 4.6 and has thirty showers, which is more than some airports. The quiet rooms have daybeds and dimmed lighting, the restaurant is a sit-down affair with a menu, and the space is large enough to lose a few hours in without noticing. Doha's overnight bank is as busy as Istanbul's and the lounge is staffed for it.
Qatar and oneworld business passengers walk in. Unlike Turkish, Qatar sells entry: around 350 riyals, roughly $96, bookable through the airline, which sounds steep until you compare it to the airport hotel. The older Al Mourjan South is also 24 hours and also 4.6, with twenty showers, and is the fallback when the Garden is full.
3. Emirates Business Class Lounge (B), Dubai
Emirates runs its Concourse B business lounge continuously, with thirty showers and a layout that stretches the full length of the concourse, so that whichever B gate you are at, you are near an entrance. Rated 4.6. The buffet changes over through the night and there is a proper bar. Emirates business passengers and Skywards Gold enter free. Others can buy in from about $150, which is the most expensive paid entry on this list and, for an eight-hour overnight with a shower and a meal, still cheaper than a hotel. The Concourse A and Concourse C lounges run on the same terms.
4. Capital One Lounge, JFK Terminal 4
The only American entry on this list and the only US bank lounge that stays open all night. The JFK Capital One Lounge opened in June 2025 and went 24/7 that July, with reduced food service overnight but the bar, showers and seating all available. Rated 4.7, about 13,000 square feet, down the escalator from the Terminal 4 retail hall near the B gates.
Venture X and Venture X Business cardholders enter within three hours of departure; guests are $45 per adult; anyone can pay $90. If your red-eye to Europe is delayed to 1am, or you are on the 6am to the West Coast and the hotel was not worth it, this is where you want to be. It is the reason the Venture X is a better card at JFK than almost anywhere else.
5. Plaza Premium Lounge, Singapore Terminal 1
Changi's Plaza Premium T1 is the strongest Priority Pass option on this list: 4.8, six showers, open around the clock, and a kitchen that keeps cooking laksa and congee through the small hours. Priority Pass, DragonPass and LoungeKey all work, and walk-up entry is sold by the hour for anyone without a membership. The SATS Premier and Marhaba lounges in the same terminal are also 24-hour and also on Priority Pass, so if Plaza Premium is capacity-controlled, and at Changi it sometimes is, there is a backup within a two-minute walk. Changi itself is open and pleasant at night in a way most airports are not, which helps.
6. Marhaba Lounge (B), Dubai
If you are in Dubai without an Emirates ticket, the Marhaba Lounge in Concourse B rates 4.7, has four showers, and takes all three major networks, with paid entry from about $53 for anyone without one. Marhaba, which is Emirates-owned, runs six lounges across DXB and all of them are 24 hours, so wherever your gate is there is one nearby. A three-hour cap applies when the lounge is busy, which overnight it often is not. Food is the weak point, buffet rather than cooked, but the showers are good and the seating is better than the Ahlan lounges' down the concourse.
7. IGA Lounge, Istanbul
If you are not flying Turkish business, the IGA Lounge is your Istanbul option, and it is a good one. Rated 4.6, six showers, open around the clock, on Priority Pass, DragonPass and LoungeKey. The food is a cut above most contract lounges and there is a real bar. The reason it sits this low is the two-hour cap, which is enforced to the minute; on a six-hour overnight connection you will be asked to leave and may be let back in later, or may not. LoungePair sells three-hour passes for about $51 if you want the extra hour guaranteed. The domestic IGA Lounge rates 4.8 and runs the same hours for internal flights.
8. TIAT Lounge, Tokyo Haneda Terminal 3
Haneda's TIAT Lounge is open 24 hours with four showers and rates 4.0. The quirk is the Priority Pass window: members are admitted only between 1am and 5am, which is useless for most people and exactly right for the person this article is about. Haneda's international terminal has a pre-dawn departure bank to Southeast Asia and a cluster of overnight arrivals from the US, and the TIAT Lounge exists to serve them. Outside that window, Priority Pass members use the Sky Lounge South instead, also 24 hours, also a three-hour cap, rated 3.2 and noticeably more basic.
The ones that nearly made it
Abu Dhabi's Pearl Lounge in the new Terminal A is 24 hours, on Priority Pass with a three-hour cap, and rates 3.8; the Etihad lounges next door are better and also never close, but need an Etihad ticket. Rio's Plaza Premium arrivals lounge runs overnight and takes Priority Pass. Hong Kong's Plaza Premium lounges at gate 35 and gate 1 are 24 hours and rate 4.8 and 4.6; they missed the top eight only because HKG's overnight traffic is thinner than the Gulf hubs' and the lounges are at their best in the daytime. Singapore's SATS Premier and Marhaba lounges, mentioned above, would be on this list if Plaza Premium T1 were not.
Minute Suites, at most of its ten US airports, never closes, but it sells sleep by the hour rather than offering a lounge, and we rate the locations accordingly.
The big absences
No Centurion Lounge is 24 hours. Hong Kong's closes at midnight, Haneda's at 10pm, Amsterdam's new one at 9:30pm, and the US locations run roughly 5am to 10pm. No Admirals Club runs past about 1am; LAX Terminal 4 is the latest. No Delta Sky Club, no United Club, no Chase Sapphire Lounge stays open overnight. The Gulf and Asian carriers built their hubs around night flying; the American ones built theirs around daytime banks and closed the lounges when the last bank left.
The practical consequence: if your overnight is in the United States and you are not at JFK Terminal 4, your options are a Minute Suites, an airport hotel, or a bench. Plan accordingly.
Hours change, and overnight hours change first, because the graveyard shift is the one operators quietly drop when traffic falls. Check the lounge page before you count on any of these, and if you find one of them closed at 3am, tell us. Ratings follow our methodology.
