IndiGo will link Udaipur to the two newest airports serving Delhi and Mumbai. The airline says it will fly daily from Noida International Airport starting Oct. 25, 2026, and daily from Navi Mumbai International Airport starting Nov. 15.
Both routes give travelers headed to Udaipur, the lake city in Rajasthan, a nonstop choice that skips the older, busier airports in each region. IndiGo says the flights are aimed at business, family and leisure trips alike.
The schedule
IndiGo's Udaipur announcement lists these times, all local:
- Noida to Udaipur: flight 6E 7631 leaves at 1:30 p.m. and lands at 3:10 p.m., daily from Oct. 25.
- Udaipur to Noida: flight 6E 7632 leaves at 6:20 p.m. and lands at 8 p.m., daily from Oct. 25.
- Navi Mumbai to Udaipur: flight 6E 2009 leaves at 10:05 a.m. and lands at 11:15 a.m., daily from Nov. 15.
- Udaipur to Navi Mumbai: flight 6E 2010 leaves at 11:50 a.m. and lands at 1:05 p.m., daily from Nov. 15.
The airline notes the plan still needs regulatory approval. It did not say which aircraft will fly the routes.
The timings suit different trips. The Noida flight lands mid-afternoon and leaves Udaipur in the early evening, so a day trip is out, but a weekend fits well. The Navi Mumbai flight is a quick morning turn. It gets you to Udaipur before lunch, and the return lands in Navi Mumbai in the early afternoon.
Why these two airports matter
Noida and Navi Mumbai are new second airports for India's two biggest cities. Each is meant to take pressure off the main airport: Delhi's Indira Gandhi International and Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International.
IndiGo has made a point of being early at both. For many people in the eastern suburbs of Delhi, or in Navi Mumbai and Thane, the new airports can be a shorter drive. That said, the older airports still have far more flights, so it is worth comparing total door-to-door time.
With the new flights, IndiGo says Udaipur will have direct links to seven Indian cities: Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai, Noida and Navi Mumbai.
We have covered both new airports before. Navi Mumbai's terminal now rents hotel rooms in four-hour blocks, which can help on a long wait. And Uttar Pradesh has proposed renaming Noida's airport after Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Where to wait
Lounge Frog does not yet list lounges at Noida, Navi Mumbai or Udaipur, so we can't point you to a specific room at either end yet. If you know what is open airside at these airports, tell us on the page and we will add it.
IndiGo is a low-cost airline, and a regular ticket does not come with lounge access. In India, most travelers who get into lounges do so through a credit card or a paid program, so check what your card offers before you go. Rules on India's card-based lounge entry have tightened in recent years, with many banks now asking for a minimum spend first.
What it means for travelers
For Udaipur, this is more choice rather than a brand-new link to the region. You could already fly nonstop from Delhi and Mumbai's main airports. What changes is where you can start.
For the new airports, each route adds one more reason to use them. New airports often open with thin schedules, and every added city helps. If you live closer to Noida or Navi Mumbai, a daily nonstop to a top leisure spot is a real plus.
Bookings depend on the final approvals IndiGo mentions. If you plan to travel near the start dates, keep an eye on your booking for any schedule change.
