On August 15, 2026, every Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, plus the Chase-run Etihad Lounge at Dulles, left Priority Pass and LoungeKey. Only Sapphire Reserve and a few other Chase cards get in now; everyone else pays $100, if there's room. The full story, and who still gets in, is in our explainer. This piece is for the next step: you're standing in one of these nine airports with a Priority Pass card, and you want to know where to walk.
One general rule before the airports. Priority Pass lounges at US hubs restrict access when they're busy, and the busy hours are the same ones the Sapphire Lounges used to soak up. If you're flying in the afternoon bank, pre-book where you can and expect to queue where you can't.
Boston Logan
Go to: The Lounge, Terminal C, across from gate C19. It rates 3.9, opens at 6am, and has a full bar but no showers. Terminals B, C and E connect airside, so from the old Sapphire Lounge spot in the B/C connector it's a short walk. The catch is the afternoon: the lounge may restrict entry between about 2:30pm and 8pm, which is when Boston's evening departures build. Priority Pass shows pre-booking, and I'd use it.
Morning option: the Air France Lounge in Terminal E near E3 only admits Priority Pass members from 8am to 1:30pm. It rates 2.9 and has no showers, so I'd only bother if you're already flying out of E.
If both are full: Priority Pass also lists dining at Davio's (Terminal C) and Stephanie's (Terminals B and E), which only matters if your card still includes restaurants; this list covers which ones still do. The Lounge sells day passes for about $50 when there's space.
Dallas/Fort Worth
Dallas is the easy one. Go to: The Club DFW on the Terminal D mezzanine near D27, two gates from where the Sapphire Lounge sits at D25. It rates 4.3, has two showers and runs 4am to 10:30pm. That's the closest thing to a like-for-like replacement anywhere on this list.
Second choice: Plaza Premium Lounge (E) near E31 rates 4.4 and has two showers. Priority Pass visits are capped at two hours and it closes at 8pm. Skylink links every terminal airside, so you can take it from D.
Worth paying for: the newer Plaza Premium Lounge (D) near D15 isn't in Priority Pass, but it rates 4.5 and sells entry from about $76. If you're on American, the Admirals Club (D) near D24 rates 4.8, has four showers and sells a $79 One-Day Pass when there's capacity. If you hold a Venture X or an Amex Platinum, the Capital One Lounge (4.7) and the Centurion Lounge (4.9) are both at DFW and are better than anything above.
Las Vegas
The Sapphire Lounge is in Terminal 1 on the C gates. Go to: The Club LAS (D) near D33, on the second level. The D gates are a tram ride from both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, so this is the default for most people. It rates 3.7, has one shower ($20 extra), and may limit Priority Pass entry from 11am to 4pm.
Better, if you're in Terminal 3: The Club LAS (E), opposite gate E2, rates 4.8. That's higher than the Sapphire Lounge it's replacing (4.3). It has two showers and is open until midnight. Its crunch time is 4pm to 10pm, when access may be limited. Both Club lounges allow entry up to three hours before departure.
Worth paying for: both Club lounges sell walk-up passes at $60, which is a reasonable spend for a long Vegas delay. Venture X holders should use the Capital One Lounge near D50 (4.6); Amex Platinum holders have the Centurion Lounge near D1 (4.6).
New York JFK
This is where you have to be careful, because a lot of older Priority Pass advice about Terminal 4 is wrong now. Wingtips is long closed, and HelloSky, the Terminal 4 independent lounge, closed on May 31, 2026. JFK terminals don't connect airside, so Terminal 1's Priority Pass lounges are no use if you've already cleared security in T4.
Morning departure from T4, go to: the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse above gates A4 and A5. Priority Pass members get in from 5am to 1:30pm, for a maximum of three hours, and showers cost $15. It rates 4.7, and before lunch it's one of the best Priority Pass lounges in New York.
Afternoon or evening from T4: this is the real hole. The only Priority Pass lounge left is the Air India Maharaja Lounge near A5. It rates 2.6, and there are reports of Priority Pass members being turned away outside Air India's own departure times. After that you're down to Minute Suites and Xwell.
Worth paying for: if you'll fly T4 in the afternoon more than once or twice a year, this is the airport where a bank card does the most work. The Capital One Lounge just past security is open 24 hours and rates 4.7, and the Centurion Lounge (4.7) is upstairs near A2. The JFK Priority Pass page lists everything by terminal if you're flying out of T1, where the Primeclass Lounge (4.8, pre-booking required) is the pick.
New York LaGuardia
There's no Priority Pass lounge at LaGuardia now. The Sapphire Lounge in Terminal B was the only one. What's left is a Be Relax Spa in Terminal B, open 9am to 7pm, and Amex and Capital One Priority Pass memberships don't cover it.
Worth paying for, in Terminal B:
- If you're on United, the United Club on the Eastern Concourse (4.2) sells one-time passes at $59.
- If you're on American, the Admirals Club near gates 30 and 31 (4.2) sells day passes with a same-day AA or oneworld ticket.
- Venture X holders have the Capital One Landing (4.6) at the start of the skybridge to Concourse A.
- Amex Platinum holders have the Centurion Lounge (4.5).
If none of that applies, eat before security.
Philadelphia
Philadelphia is in the same position as LaGuardia. The Sapphire Lounge in the D/E connector was its only Priority Pass lounge. Go to: Minute Suites in the A/B link, a private room with a daybed for one included hour. Amex and Capital One Priority Pass memberships don't cover Minute Suites, so for those cardholders there's nothing. Every Philadelphia terminal connects airside, so you can reach it from any gate. There's also an XpresSpa in Terminal B.
Worth paying for: on American, the hub carrier, the Admirals Club (B/C) on the third floor of the B/C connector rates 4.8 and sells day passes with a same-day AA or oneworld ticket. Amex Platinum holders should walk to the Centurion Lounge at A14 (4.8). Its guests now have to be on the same flight as the cardholder.
Phoenix
Go to: the Escape Lounge (Terminal 3), at the junction of the E and F gates just past security, 4:30am to 10pm. It rates 4.0 and has no showers. But it only helps if your flight leaves from Terminal 3, because Terminals 3 and 4 don't connect airside. The Sapphire Lounge is in Terminal 4.
Terminal 4 (American, Southwest and most others): no Priority Pass lounge. The Escape Lounge (Terminal 4) across from B22 looks like the same product, but it isn't in Priority Pass. Walk-ups are $60, or from $45 pre-booked, and it rates 3.1. On American, the Admirals Club (B5) rates 4.7 and is the better use of money. Amex Platinum holders have the Centurion Lounge at B22 (4.5).
San Diego
Go to: the Aspire Lounge in Terminal 2 East, up a level on the left after the east checkpoint for gates 20 to 32. It rates 4.2, has one shower and is open 5am to 10pm. Crowding is its weakest score, and losing the Sapphire Lounge won't have helped. Priority Pass shows pre-booking. The Sapphire Lounge was in Terminal 2 West at gates 46 and 47, and both sides of T2 connect airside, so it's a walk rather than a re-screen. Priority Pass also lists PGA Tour Grill and Be Relax Spa in Terminal 2.
Worth paying for: if you're at a T2 West gate and Aspire has a line, the United Club between gates 47 and 48 rates 4.5 and sells $59 one-time passes to anyone flying United or Star Alliance that day.
Washington Dulles
The Chase-run Etihad Lounge at A14 is out of Priority Pass too, but Dulles has the deepest bench of the nine. Go to: the Turkish Airlines Lounge next to B43. It rates 4.1, has one shower and a full bar, and is open from 7:15am into the evening. Priority Pass visits are capped at three hours and subject to capacity. Concourse B is a walk or AeroTrain ride from A.
On Concourse A: the Air France-KLM Lounge by A19 (3.3, 7:30am to 9pm, three-hour cap) is the closest. The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse across from A32 rates 3.7. It admits Priority Pass only outside Virgin's busy departure window and gives members the buffet, with alcohol and showers extra. Its Priority Pass hours have been listed differently in different places, so check the app first.
Worth paying for: the Capital One Lounge in the main terminal (4.6) sells $90 day passes when there's space and is free for Venture X holders. On United, the United Club on Concourse D rates 4.9, and one-time passes are $59.
The short version
Dallas, Boston, Dulles and Las Vegas still have a decent Priority Pass lounge within walking distance or a short train ride. San Diego does too, as long as Aspire isn't full. JFK Terminal 4 is fine before lunch and poor after. Phoenix works only from Terminal 3. LaGuardia and Philadelphia now have no Priority Pass lounge at all. If one of those last two is your home airport, an airline day pass or a different card will get you further than Priority Pass. Our comparison of the three bank lounge networks and the guide to buying single visits are the places to start. Ratings here follow our methodology.
