Priority Pass has added another domestic lounge option in Cali and restored a listing at San Pedro Sula. The changes could be useful on the right itinerary, but the exact room and terminal still matter.

The network's recent updates say Elite Air Lounge in Cali's Terminal 1 Domestic joined on October 21. An October 28 entry says Salas Internacionales VIP Club on the first floor at San Pedro Sula has rejoined the program.

Cali's new entry is a domestic option

The Elite Air Lounge listing places the room immediately left after security in Terminal 1 Domestic. It publishes daily hours of 3:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and a three-hour maximum stay.

Those details should guide the plan more than the word “new.” A traveler departing internationally should not assume this domestic lounge can be used without checking the airport route and the boarding pass required.

The name is also worth reading carefully. The network lists other lounge options at Cali, including one with a similar Elite name. Confirm the exact entry instead of treating every result as the same room.

San Pedro Sula's listing needs a live check

The first-floor VIP Club page identifies a location after security in the main terminal. It notes that hours may vary with flight schedules.

The page also contains a day-by-day timetable, so travelers should check their actual departure day rather than rely on a single headline hours range. We are not promising that the room will be open for every flight.

A return to the network is an access update, not evidence that the lounge has just been built or renovated. The notice does not make those claims.

Membership coverage is personal

A participating lounge and a free visit are not the same thing. Your card or membership determines the allowance and any guest charge. Before entering, check the remaining visits and the cost for everyone in the group.

The listing's conditions should also be read alongside those membership terms. A general statement about admitting guests does not mean your provider pays for unlimited people.

If you are unsure which membership is active, resolve that before the trip. A card with a familiar name may carry different benefits depending on the issuing bank and market.

Compare the visit with the available time

A three-hour stay limit is not a reason to arrive three hours early. Work backward from boarding, then allow for the walk and the lounge's entry process. For a brief wait, a seat near the gate may be the more comfortable choice.

If food is the main reason for visiting, check what the current listing includes and what carries an extra charge. Do not infer a full meal from an old review or a photograph.

Our Cali airport guide can help place the new option in context. These two notices are useful additions for eligible travelers, but they do not remove the need to match the airport, terminal, room and membership to the journey.

We checked the original network notices and individual pages on October 30. They support the access changes; they do not establish a universal complimentary benefit for every cardholder.
