First class rules
Lufthansa has two entries in Frankfurt, including the Lufthansa First Class Terminal. SWISS and Finnair appear with their top-tier rooms.
Delta's new premium lounges make the list twice: the Delta One Lounge leads at 4.7 overall, and the Delta One Lounge (T2) follows later.
Not all are airline lounges
