Ask ten Priority Pass holders what the "restaurant benefit" is and you will get ten answers. Some think every airport restaurant takes the card. Some think it was killed years ago. Some have never seen it work. The honest version, built only from what sits in the Lounge Frog directory today, is narrower than the folklore. A handful of Priority Pass venues run on a menu, a set meal or a pay-to-upgrade model rather than a classic buffet-and-sofa lounge. This is that list.
What the directory does and does not show
We searched the directory for every venue named restaurant, bar, cafe, bistro, grill, kitchen, eatery, pub, dining or food. Nothing came back shaped like a classic food-court credit, where you show the card and a fixed dollar amount comes off the bill. The program page itself lists no restaurant terms, only a join link. So we cannot quote a credit figure, and we will not invent one.
What the data does show is a small group of Priority Pass venues whose entry rules read like a restaurant or café rather than a lounge. Each one is listed below with the policy exactly as recorded. If your card's Priority Pass membership is restricted, and some issuers do restrict non-lounge experiences, check your card's own terms before you walk over. The directory does not record which cards carve restaurants out, so treat that as homework, not a given.
Asia: a café lounge that makes you choose
Airport Cafe Lounge NODOKA at Osaka Kansai is the clearest "menu" model on the site. It sits landside in the Aeroplaza building between Terminals 1 and 2, before security, and it is the only KIX lounge you can use after arrival as well as before departure. The guest policy is specific: on arrival, members pick two of three things, hot food, two cold drinks, or a shower. That is a set allowance, not a buffet. It runs around the clock, has seven showers and scores 3.4 overall across eight metrics, with cleanliness, seating, restrooms and showers all at 4.
Two Indian venues fit the pattern but have no photos yet, so they are not in the gallery. Paahun Lounge & Restaurant at Jammu gives Priority Pass members a complimentary set menu, with the à la carte menu subject to payment and a two-hour cap. It is not yet fully scored. The Airr Lounge and Bar at Nagpur is a full-bar room where alcoholic drinks are paid, with a two-hour stay and free shoe shine; it is also not yet fully scored.
Americas: the Toronto city-airport café
Aspire | Air Canada Café is the only lounge at Toronto's Billy Bishop, and the data describes it as a café first. Hot and cold food, specialty coffee, and premium spirits for purchase, plus a quiet workspace and a bookable meeting room. Priority Pass and DragonPass get you in, alongside Air Canada domestic Business, Aeroplan 50K and up, and Star Alliance Gold. Entry opens three hours before departure, subject to space. It rates 3.6 across nine metrics, with workspace a 5, coffee a 4, and restrooms a weak 1. Day passes are sold to domestic passengers on any airline.
In Ecuador, Ayahuasca VIP Cafe Lounge at Coca is a domestic-only café where complimentary beer and wine stop at two per adult and herbal teas are paid. No photos yet, and only two metrics scored, so no rating is quoted.
Europe: pay a little, eat better
Luxe by Aspire opened at Birmingham in 2026 and is the "upgrade" model. Priority Pass holders are admitted subject to availability with a £15 fee at the door; everyone else buys a booking. For that you get a full bar, a pantry buffet, booth seating and a 4.4 overall across fourteen metrics, with service, cleanliness, drinks and views all at 5. Stays run up to three hours before departure.
Suite by Aspire at Zurich works the same way, adults only, with a CHF 30 upgrade for Priority Pass and DragonPass members and a 4.3 overall. It has no photos yet, so it sits outside the gallery.
How to actually use it
Open the Priority Pass app before you reach the airport and read the venue's own entry, because these rules change faster than any list. Where a set menu or a two-item allowance is stated, take it literally: the second coffee or the à la carte main is on you. Where an upgrade fee applies, decide whether the better room is worth it against your departure time, since the Birmingham, Zurich and Toronto venues all cap stays at three hours. And if your card excludes non-lounge experiences, none of this applies to you, so check first. Ratings follow the site's methodology; a venue with fewer than three scored metrics is described as not yet fully scored rather than ranked.
