Vilnius Airport in Lithuania has a new lounge with two levels of comfort. Aspire Pre-Flight Hospitality, the lounge brand owned by Swissport, now runs a rebuilt Aspire Lounge and a new, more private room called Luxe by Aspire.
According to Vilnius Airport's website, the new lounge has welcomed guests since August 14, 2026. Aspire announced the opening in early October, calling it a newly refurbished and expanded lounge. Lithuanian news agency BNS, as reported by LRT, says the project cost €2 million and that this is Swissport's first business lounge in the Baltic states.
Two rooms, two price points
The upgrade splits the space into two tiers.
- Aspire Lounge is the main room, open to all travelers. Aspire describes it as fully refurbished.
- Luxe by Aspire is the new upscale room. Vilnius Airport says it has deep armchairs, premium drinks including free sparkling wine, and a seasonal menu from the lounge's chefs. Aspire calls it a private space with more room to work and relax and a curated tasting menu.
Vilnius Airport's website lists single visits from €36 for three hours, with the lounge open from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check the current price for each room when you book.
What you get inside
Vilnius Airport and Aspire list these features:
- A work area with a seven-seat conference table, single desks, and soundproof phone booths.
- Free Wi-Fi and charging points throughout.
- A family area with a children's play zone.
- A ventilated smoking room.
- Showers. The airport's page says they cost extra.
- A kitchen on site serving seasonal and regional dishes, and coffee from Kavos Broliai.
According to Aspire's lounge page, the lounge sits in the Schengen area. Travelers on non-Schengen flights can use it before they go through passport control for their flight.
Who gets in free
You do not need a premium ticket to use either room. Anyone can buy a visit. Some travelers get in at no extra cost.
In a post announcing the opening, Lithuanian Airports said that passengers on certain flights of LOT, SAS, Turkish Airlines, Finnair, airBaltic and the Lufthansa Group may use the Aspire lounges free. It said members of some international loyalty programs can, too. It asks travelers to check their ticket terms or ask at the Aspire desk.
Our directory lists the main Aspire Lounge as open to Priority Pass and DragonPass members. It lists Luxe by Aspire as open to DragonPass. As always, entry with a card depends on space on the day, and the airport warns that walk-in access can be very limited at busy times. Booking ahead is the safer bet.
Why it matters
A single, larger lounge with a paid upgrade gives travelers a clear choice: pay a little for a seat and a snack, or pay more for a quieter room and a glass of sparkling wine.
Dirk Goovaerts, Swissport's chief executive for Continental Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India, said in Aspire's announcement that demand for premium airport hospitality keeps growing, and that Swissport is investing in spaces that give travelers more choice.
Gintarė Norvilaitė-Tautevičė, interim CEO of Lithuanian Airports, said the airport was "delighted to present the extensively refurbished lounge."
